Although this booking feature below says "1 room, 1 adult", there is not a price difference for multiple persons. The flat fee per night is what is listed, regardless of how many guests are in the home (up to the 12 person max).

The booking will say "1 room, 1 adult" but that essentially means the exact same as "you are renting the entire home", not just a single room with 1 adult occupying it.
